If you want to be the only person managing team rosters, you can prevent players and captains from adding players directly from their scoresheet.
- Go to Menu > Manage > Event > Event.
- Select your event.
- Click the Pencil to edit the event.
- Go to the Score Keeping section.
- Find the option that allows scorekeepers to add existing players to their roster on the scoresheet.
- Uncheck this option.
- Also make sure the option allowing scorekeepers to create brand new players is unchecked.
- Click Save.
Players and captains can still scorekeep, but they will no longer be able to add players to their team roster from the scoresheet.
