If you want to use the CSR for handicapping leagues. We give 1 point for every 60 points difference. But you can choose to have it normal or Rounded down.
Meaning that if you don't obtain the full 60 points difference, it will not give the point if rounded down. If you have a difference of 59 points. There is no point awarded.
Rounded down : If the difference gives 5.8333 it will not round to 6. It will round down to 5 points.
Not rounded down : If the difference gives 5.8333 it would round up to 6, so it would give the 6 points.
