If you find that the 1 points per 60 points is too high as you are finding teams giving away ex. 12 points per round. There are solutions.
In CompuSport's handicap system, the standard calculation to equalize competition is one point per round for every 60 points of CSR difference. Based on this, a 691-point difference would result in a handicap of 11 points per round (691 ÷ 60 = 11.52, rounded to 11).
However, this setting is adjustable. If you feel that 12 points per round is too steep, you could modify the system to use one point per round for every 70 points of difference, which would reduce the handicap to 9 points per round (691 ÷ 70 = 9.87, rounded to 9).
Additionally, CompuSport allows for a maximum handicap cap per round. For instance, if a league prefers to limit the impact of handicaps, they could set a maximum of 6 points per round. In this case, any team with a CSR difference greater than 360 points (6 × 60) would not receive additional handicap points beyond the cap.
These parameters can be modified under Menu > Manage > Brackets/Round-Robins > Round-Robins.

Go to Score Input Section.
Under Score input, you will see a section called Handicap.
You can put a max handicap per round and you can change how many points difference to give the 1 pts.
