The surfaces are displayed under Surfaces scheduler by the Order under Surfaces (Tables or Boards)
If you want your surfaces to be set in a certain way, you can manipulate that with the order by giving them numbers that follow each other.
In this example, if I want "Daniel's palace" tables to be together, I could give them both 44 as their order, or 44 and 45. (you can write these directly in the order column.
QUICK AND EASY TRICK:
If you want the surfaces from the same location to be next to each other in alphabetical order, there is an easy way to do this:
Go to Menu > Manage > Tables.
Make sure you are under Place : ALL.
Click on the column called Place.
This will put all the bars in alphabetical order.
Then, right click on the column called Order.
A drop down will show up, click on Apply the actual order.
This will reorder all the tables to be with their bar and in alphabetical order.
