Our system is designed to make it difficult for players to manipulate their CSR (CompuSport Rating). The calculation method uses the average of the last 12 weeks played (TCSR), ensuring that any attempt to artificially lower a rating is challenging. When a player performs well in a tournament, their TCSR increases, which directly affects future CSR calculations. For example, winning a tournament typically involves playing and winning many games, which could raise a player's TCSR by 30-50 points. Even if they lose games consistently in the following weeks, it would take at least 5-6 weeks for their TCSR to return to pre-tournament levels. This high TCSR from the tournament will significantly influence their official CSR because it's included in the 12-week average calculation.

Additionally, the impact of an Eight-Run Out (ERO) on the opponent’s rating is minimized to ensure fairness. The opponent who has had an ERO scored against them will be particularly motivated to ensure that the player records it accurately on the scoresheet.

With the Premium feature, players gain insights into how each game affects their rating and can view graphical trends of all players in the league. This transparency makes it easier to spot irregularities and identify players who may attempt to cheat.
