How to delete a schedule and generate a new one (new team to add) Print

You have a new team to add to your already accepted, already made public schedule?! (This situation is for a division with an even amount of teams that now will have an uneven division)

First go to Menu > Manage > Brackets/Round-Robins > Round-Robins. UNCHECK Public display for that league! Save!

Second delete the already existing schedule: How to delete a schedule that was already accepted

Third go to Menu > Manage > Players/Teams > Teams.

Select the division,

Click on Add team with members.

Make sure to add the default location.

Fourth go to Menu > Manage > Schedules/Charts > Surfaces Scheduler > Generate schedules > Choose league > Options.

Fix your dates if the fact that you have accepted a new team changes that information by clicking on Recurring Dates.

Fifth Generate!!! Check schedule, Accept Attempt!

Sixth go to Menu > Manage > Brackets/Round-Robins > Round-Robins. CHECK Public display for that league! Save!
