Log in! Create an event! All tools are under Menu: Manage. Steps can vary depending on registration.


***Step 1: Go to Manage, Location/Surfaces: 

  • Buildings: Create your location.
  • Tables: Add Many Batches to create the number of tables needed.

***Step 2: Go to Manage, Division, Division:

  • Click on the plus to add a division.
  • Name your division, choose a color, team/single, Save.

Step 2:  Go to Manage, Players/Teams, Players or Teams depending on the tournament:

  • For team events go to Teams:
    • Select the division
    • click on Add Team with Members
  • For Singles events go to Players:
    • Select the division
    • Start typing the players’ names in the Search & Add a Player box.

***Step 3: Go to Manage, Brackets/Round-Robin, Brackets:

  • Click on the Plus to add a Bracket.
  • Choose the Division you want to associate to the Bracket.
  • The name of the bracket is added automatically, named the same as the Division.
  • Choose a Bracket Format: ex: Double Elimination 8, Double Elimination 16, etc.
  • Do not choose brackets that say (# out) those are to link to final brackets.

Step 4: Go to Manage, Brackets/Round-Robin, Fill Up Brackets & RRB:

  • Choose the Division you want to add players to.
  • Only Fill up one bracket at a time.
  • Select a method to shuffle. (Random)
  • Click on Try Shuffle.
  • Click on Accept Results.

 ***Step 5: Go to Manage, Schedules/Charts, Continuous Play:

  • Add a Kiosk (You can call it the day of the week, or singles, or doubles…) then Select the Kiosk.
  • Add group: Each group is for brackets you want using the specific surfaces at the same start time. (If that information isn’t the same, you want to create separate groups for them).
  • In one group, click on the Pencil to put all the information up to date. Date, Time, etc.
  • Click on +/- Brackets: Select the brackets that start in that Date and Time.
  • Click on +/- Surfaces: Select the surfaces you want to assign to those specific brackets.
  • Repeat by creating a group for another bracket IF it is not using the same start time AND surfaces.

Step 6: Go to Manage, Schedules/Charts, Charts:

  • Choose the Division.
  • You can manage the bracket from here. Change players/teams.
  • Set the winner if not using scanner or player scorekeepers directly on the app. (You can use the search to help find the player easier)
