A Match Card is used in tournaments, the system can print out a Match Card which is also a notification that a match was assigned. It prints out when it has 2 opponents, a surface to play on and a time to play at.
The players grab this match card, go play and come back to scan it. This will advance the bracket.
Which then tells the system that the surface is now available and can be handed back out.
It also advances the winner and the loser on the bracket.
